Mathieu Anne has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2022. He holds a Master 2 in Competition and Contract Law from Paris-Saclay University and an LL.M from Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz (Germany).

 

Mathieu Anne has had several experiences in Anglo-Saxon and French law firms, within the Court of Justice of the European Union and the Competition Authority where he developed in-depth expertise in matters of procedure before the Competition Authority, merger control and compensation litigation.

 

Mathieu Anne is a member of AFEC and teaches competition law in the M1 program at the Catholic Institute of Lille (Issy Les Moulineaux site).
