Violaine Ayrole has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2009. Violaine Ayrole holds a Master 2 in Judicial Careers from the University of Rennes and a Master 2 in Corporate Criminal Law from the University of Versailles Saint Quentin en Yvelines.

After an initial experience at the DGCCRF in 2008 and 2009 (Office B2, Restrictive Practices and Legal Affairs), she worked at the Karsenty et Associés firm from 2009 to 2012 then at the Renaudier law firm from 2012 to 2024 where she was appointed partner in 2021.

During her professional experience, Violaine Ayrole has supported major players in mass distribution (food and specialized) on complex issues of distribution law and competition law.
